JUSTIN PUGH

Justin Pugh spent 11 seasons in the NFL after being selected by the New York Giants in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft. Pugh appeared in 132 career games with 131 starts while playing for the Giants and Arizona Cardinals. Pugh was one of the most reliable offensive lineman in the 2010s.

Pugh spent his first five NFL seasons with the Giants before signing with the Arizona Cardinals in 2018 on a five-year $45 million dollar contract.  After dealing with injuries late in his career, Pugh returned to New York in 2023, joining the Giants’ practice squad before earning a starting role and finishing his NFL career with the organization that drafted him.

Before reaching the NFL, Pugh was a standout offensive lineman at Syracuse University. Over four seasons with the Orange, he started 34 games and earned All-Big East honors three times. His success at Syracuse helped establish him as one of the top offensive line prospects in the 2013 NFL Draft.

Following his playing career, Pugh has remained heavily involved in football through media, business, and league development. He has built a presence in sports media through football-focused content and analysis while continuing to grow his brand beyond the field. In 2026, Pugh became the commissioner of the Italian Football League, where he is focused on expanding American football internationally and helping grow the sport in Europe.
